How is your B&B?

This is a private house and we living here. It's disposed on three plans with stairs and no elevator. We have only two double bedrooms both with lake wiew and one small single on the occurency.

The bathroom is one, outside the room and shared between the two double rooms. There is a garden available for relax and sun. No smoking and pet animals are allowed in all the house.

TV and internet connection availables, no air conditioning, no private parking, no restaurant service.

Remember that this is a family B&B and not an hotel.
How can I arrive to you?

Blevio is a little village 5km far from Como. The bus stop is only 50mt far away from me.

By plane: from Malpensa airport you can get the train Malpensa Express trought Nord railways (something by bus too), 80 minutes to Como.

By train: Nord railways last stop Como Nord Lago rail station. State railways last stop Como S.Giovanni.

By bus: directely from the rail station line for Bellagio, about every hour from 6.00 am till 8.10 pm. 15 minutes to Blevio. Bus stop in piazza Roma.

By car: autoroute A9 Milano-Chiasso or higway Milano-Meda. Next exit for Como city and go for center. Follow direction for Bellagio and take ss583 on the lake. 10 minutes from Como to Blevio.

Check in until 10.00 pm and check out before 12.00 am.
How is breakfast?

Is continental breakfast with milk, chocolate, tea, coffee and orange juice. Jam & butter, bread (pan carrč), brioches, cookies, gallettes and cereals. On demand we prepeare eggs & bacon with a little extra. Normally you can choose a time for breakfast between 7,30 and 10,30.

How can I pay?

All the reservations must be payed in advance for the total amount. You can use the bank transfer, your credit card or a PayPal account trought PayPal system (5% fees) or send a draft with more 12 euros.
Cancellation policy:

          Before 30 days your arrival date, all is remboursable.

          From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date only 50% is remboursable.

          After 15 days before your arrival date, couldn't be remboursed.
Is it possible to swim or...?

Yes, you can swim but not directely under my home. Nearby you can find only water-sky, next beach is in Faggeto Lario 5km far away or a swimming-pool in Como at Villa Olmo's lido, both solutions in 10 minutes by car.
